Pick your locations. Set your funding.
Tell us where you want to build, choose your monthly recruiting budget and share your Calendly interview link. Request a new market or a funding change whenever your plans evolve; we confirm availability and any billing changes before they take effect.

Approve your plan. We handle the rest.
We confirm your locations, start date and quote. Once you approve and your service is activated, we coordinate campaign setup, recruiting advertising and applicant routing. No ads or charges start just because you submit a request.

Focus on conversations that build your team.
Assigned applicants receive your interview scheduling link. Distribution is proportional to funded budgets among eligible agents in each location. You conduct your own interviews and choose who joins your team.

CLEAR MONTHLY BILLING
Start prorated.
Renew on the 1st.
Choose your monthly recruiting budget. We confirm the plan and itemize any applicable management fee before you commit. No surprise additions to your approved quote.
- First payment
- Prorated from your approved service-start date through the last day of that month, including the start day.
- Monthly renewal
- The full approved monthly recruiting budget renews on the 1st of each month, using Mountain Time (America/Denver).
- Month-to-month
- Cancel before the next month begins to stop the next renewal. Your paid service continues through the end of the current paid month.
- Payment authorization
- Once billing is activated, recruiting charges will be processed through Stripe for EP Financial LLC. The final quote and applicable terms are provided before you authorize billing.
BEFORE YOU GET STARTED
Know what to expect.
Can I choose my locations and funding?
Yes. You choose where you want to recruit and how much you want to fund. We confirm market availability, coordinate the advertising and route applicants to your interview link. You can request a new location or budget change as your goals evolve; changes are reviewed and approved before activation or billing.
Does a budget guarantee interviews or hires?
No. Funded budgets determine the proportional allocation of available applicants within eligible locations, not a guaranteed number of applicants, booked interviews or hires. Actual volume varies by market and applicant response.
What will monthly reporting include?
The planned monthly email will summarize your assigned applicants and location breakdown for the previous month. Delivery is planned for the 1st at or after 9 AM Mountain Time, once reporting is active and the data is verified. Assigned applicants are not the same as completed interviews or hires.
What services am I paying for?
Your authorized payments cover recruiting advertising, applicant generation and applicant-routing services provided by EP Financial LLC. This recruiting service does not collect insurance premiums, policy-sale payments or insurance reimbursements.
How do I request cancellation or billing help?
Contact EP Financial LLC recruiting support at recruiting@epfinancialrecruiting.com with your name and signup email. To stop an upcoming renewal, send your cancellation before 12:00 AM Mountain Time on the 1st. Please do not email card or bank-account details. Refund questions and billing corrections are reviewed individually under your agreed terms and applicable law.
